But of Mind is an improvised psychological/paranormal horror, in the vein of shows from the Golden Age of Television such as The Outer Limits, The Veil, and The Twilight Zone. But of Mind was originally a showcase format for the Alaska State Improv Festival to highlight the power of dramatic improv and bring together top performers from various communities, with the current cast being solidified in 2022. Since 2018, But of Mind has appeared at San Francisco Improv Festival, Seattle Festival of Improv Theater, RISE Comedy Festival (Denver), Improvaganza! (Honolulu), Wasatch Improv Festival (Salt Lake City), and the Bingewatch and Friends streaming improv show.
